Shrivas Sreepathy

I'm Shrivas Sreepathy — a Finance freshman at UT Austin drawn to the intersection of risk, regulation, and business strategy. What excites me about risk and compliance consulting is the challenge of navigating uncertainty: understanding where systems can break down, what the rules actually require, and how organizations can operate with both confidence and integrity. That curiosity took shape during my time at Ernst & Young in Mumbai, where working through insolvency cases and insurance frameworks showed me just how consequential getting risk right can be. I'm early in my journey, but I'm building deliberately — through rigorous coursework, real-world experience, and a genuine belief that good compliance isn't a constraint on business, it's what makes sustainable growth possible.
